With Raindance Reservationless Conferencing, you only pay for what you use. The moderator of the conference is charged on a per-minute basis based on the number of participants on the call and how long the conference lasts. In addition, the moderator is in control of several optional features during the conference. Billing FAQ's
How will I be billed?
Conference moderators (meaning you used your conference ID and PIN for a Web and Phone Conference) are billed for all activity associated with their conference ID. Possible charges include phone minutes, live Webcasting minutes, presentation uploads, recording setup fees and archived playback minutes.
How am I charged for live Webcasting?
The conference moderator will be billed $.10 per minute per participant for access to the Webcast. Live Webcasting has no setup fee.
How am I charged for recorded conferences?
The conference moderator will be billed a $10.00 setup fee for each reservationless conference that is recorded either online or over the phone using the *2 command. The recorded conference is archived and available to the moderator once the conference ends. The moderator can forward the recorded conference information to anyone they choose. The moderator is billed $.10 per minute per participant for each playback over the phone, and $.10 per minute per participant for each online archived playback.
Credit Card Billing
When are charges applied to my credit card?
When your reservationless conference ends, a charge is automatically generated for that conference. Any presentation uploads, recording, Webcasting and playback fees will be billed as they occur.

Corporate Account Billing
What are the standard billing terms?
You will receive a monthly invoice via U.S. mail for all activity generated by your moderator accounts. Invoices are due net 30 days. Accounts are set up upon completion and approval of a credit application.
